In February, our group leader Petra de Jongh was elected Chemistry Europe Fellow by the Koninklijke Nederlandse Chemische Vereniging (KNCV)! The Fellows program of the KNCV exists since 2015 to award scientists who take effort to work together with other European chemistry associations. Petra is being named Fellow in recognition of her remarkable effort in this European initiative. A tangible result of her work in Europe are her publications in journals in the Europe Chemistry network such as ChemCatChem, ChemElectroChem, and European Journal of Inorganic Chemistry.

During the 10th EuChemS Chemistry Congress in Antwerp (July, 2026), the new Chemistry Fellows, prof. dr. Petra de Jongh and prof. dr. Adriaan Minnaard, will be officially recognized during the Chemistry Europe Reception.
